Sotter Engineering Corporation was founded in 1987 and incorporated in 1991.

We are licensed by the State of California Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. We supply instruments; floor-care products and applications; and consulting and expert witness services that use technology to improve safety, health and the environment. 

Our company has never borrowed money and has no long-term debt. We have distributed the Cegrit flyash sampler worldwide since 1993.
